About Your Instructors

Hi! We’re Heather Cox and Liz Whitehead. We’re passionate about helping people like you leverage their certifications because we’ve seen how doing so literally transforms the lives of small business owners every single day.

Heather has been helping people earn their diverse business certifications since 2009. Somewhere along the way, she noticed a disturbing trend. Many of her clients would get certified and then, within a short amount of time, get frustrated because they weren’t getting the ROI they anticipated.

Liz’s career has been focused on supporting diverse entrepreneurs in attaining and leveraging diversity certifications. Her company has helped clients get more matchmaking meetings, build better relationships and win new business by leveraging diversity certifications.

We knew we could help more people. We put our heads together and Mastermind My Company was born.
